DAY 1 & 2 - Okonjima Nature Reserve

Your safari begins with a warm welcome at Windhoek airport, where your expert guide will greet you. Together, you'll travel to the Okonjima Nature Reserve, a two-night destination known for its wildlife conservation efforts. During your stay, you'll explore the reserve with your guide, discovering a variety of species, including cheetahs and leopards. Okonjima offers unique opportunities to track these majestic animals, while also learning about the important conservation work being done. In the evenings, relax in luxurious accommodations, enjoy the stunning sunsets, and savour delicious meals made with locally sourced ingredients. This experience promises to be both enriching and unforgettable.

DAY 3 - Tsumeb

In the Tsumeb area, guests can enjoy a variety of activities during their overnight stay. A visit to the Tsumeb Museum offers a glimpse into the region's mining history and its significant role in the copper trade.
For a unique experience, the Otjikoto Lake, a natural sinkhole, provides both historical insight and scenic beauty. The brief stay in Tsumeb offers a perfect opportunity to unwind before continuing the journey.

DAY 4 & 5 - Onguma Nature Reserve

From Tsumeb, the journey continues to Onguma Nature Reserve, where guests will spend two nights immersed in nature. Onguma, located on the edge of Etosha National Park, is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. On day two, guests will embark on a full-day game drive with their guide, exploring the vast reserve and spotting a variety of animals, including antelope, zebras, and the occasional predator. The reserve’s diverse landscapes provide ample opportunities for bird watching as well. In the evenings, guests can relax at the lodge, enjoying the serene surroundings and perhaps spotting wildlife at the waterhole.

DAY 6 & 7 - Ongava Private Game Reserve

On days six and seven, we head to the southern part of Etosha, where we’ll stay for two nights in the Ongava Nature Reserve. This exclusive area offers a unique experience, combining the vast beauty of Etosha’s salt pans with the private, intimate setting of Ongava. You can expect game drives through the reserve, where you'll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and countless bird species. Ongava is particularly renowned for its conservation efforts, especially with endangered animals like the black rhino. In the evenings, we can relax at the lodge, enjoying the sights of wildlife at the waterhole just outside your accommodation.

DAY 8 & 9 - Damaraland

Next, we head to Damaraland for a two-night stay. On day two, we’ll set off on a guided elephant tracking excursion. Damaraland is home to desert-adapted elephants, and this experience allows you to track these incredible animals through the rugged terrain. Your guide will provide insights into the elephants’ behaviour and survival in the harsh environment. Along the way, you may also spot other wildlife like antelope and oryx, all against the stunning desert backdrop. It’s an unforgettable way to connect with the wild beauty of this region.

DAY 10 & 11 - Swakopmund

From Damaraland, we head to Swakopmund for a two-night stay. On day two, guests can choose from a variety of activities to make the most of their time in this coastal town. Options include a thrilling quad biking adventure in the desert, a scenic flight over the Skeleton Coast, a boat cruise to spot seals and dolphins, or a visit to the fascinating Living Desert tour. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, Swakopmund's charming cafes, shops, and museums offer a leisurely exploration of the town’s unique character.

DAY 12 & 13 - Sossusvlei

From Swakopmund, we continue to Sossusvlei for a two-night stay. On day two, you'll journey into the heart of the Namib Desert to explore the breathtaking dunes of Sossusvlei. After an early morning climb to the top of one of the towering dunes, you’ll be treated to a delicious picnic under the shade of the ancient camelthorn trees. Surrounded by the stark beauty of the desert, this serene setting is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the spectacular views of the endless sand dunes. Expect a peaceful escape amidst one of the most iconic landscapes on earth.

DAY 14 - Namib-Naukluft Park

We continue our journey to Namib-Naukluft Park, where we spend a night en-route to Aus. This vast conservation area, one of the largest in Africa, is known for its striking desert landscapes. As home to the world's oldest desert, it offers dramatic scenery with towering dunes, rugged mountains, and expansive valleys. Guests can explore the park’s unique terrain, from the famous red dunes to arid plains, all while spotting desert-adapted wildlife. Whether you're hiking through the dunes or taking in the breathtaking views, Namib-Naukluft provides a truly unforgettable experience.

DAY 15 & 16 - Aus

In Aus, you'll see the famous Desert Horses, a wild herd that has survived in the harsh desert for over a century. On day two, visit the ghost town of Kolmanskop, a former diamond mining settlement preserved in time. Explore the abandoned buildings and learn about the history of the miners who once lived there.

DAY 17 & 18 Fish River Canyon

We head to Fish River Canyon next, one of the largest canyons in the world. Here, we’ll enjoy a scenic rim walk, taking in breathtaking views of the vast landscape. We’ll experience the magic of this natural wonder, standing at the edge and marveling at the impressive rock formations and the canyon's immense beauty.

DAY 19 & 20 - Kalahari

In the Kalahari, you'll experience the vast, arid beauty of this desert landscape. On the second day of our stay, we'll embark on a fascinating morning walk with the San Bushmen, the region's indigenous people. This experience offers a unique insight into their ancient ways of life, from tracking animals to foraging for food in the harsh environment. As your guide shares their profound knowledge, you’ll learn about their deep connection to nature and how they’ve adapted to survive in the Kalahari’s challenging conditions. DAY 21 - Windhoek

After a hearty breakfast in the Kalahari, we'll begin our journey back to Windhoek. If time allows, our guide will take you to some local shops for souvenir hunting, offering the perfect opportunity to pick up a memento of your adventure.
Following the shopping excursion, we’ll head to the airport, where our guide will assist with your transfer for your onward journey. It's a fitting end to an unforgettable safari, filled with memories and experiences that will stay with you long after your departure.

In Namibia, the official currency is the Namibian Dollar (NAD), which is pegged to the South African Rand (ZAR), and the Rand is also widely accepted.

In Botswana, the local currency is the Botswana Pula (BWP), though South African Rand may be accepted in some places.

In Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), the Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL) is used, but US Dollars, South African Rand, and other currencies are commonly accepted, especially in tourist areas.

In South Africa, the official currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). It is widely accepted across the country and can also be used in Namibia, where the Namibian Dollar (NAD) is pegged to it.

Travel Requirements for Adults with Children Under 18

Adults travelling with children under 18 must provide the child’s original Birth Certificate and a consent form if only one parent is accompanying the child. Failure to present these documents may result in denied entry.

Visa

If your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you’re visiting, you will need to apply for a visa before your departure. Additionally, some countries may require an invitation letter for the Namibian Embassy to process a tourist visa.
