Itinerary

Departure/Return Location:

Hosea Kutako International Airport

DAY 1 - Windhoek

Upon arrival you will be met by our friendly shuttle service and transferred to the car hire depot in Windhoek to collect your trusty vehicle. After the vehicle handover, you will make the 365 km drive West to Swakopmund, set in the south-western region of Namibia bordering on the Atlantic Ocean. Make sure to charge your camera and to get a good night’s rest for day two’s activities.

DAY 2 - Swakopmund

Begin day 2 with the Pelican Point Kayaking’s combo package. After a necessary safety brief, you get into your kayak and start paddling from Walvis Bay Waterfront. At noon a 4×4 vehicle will take you to Sandwich Harbour for an afternoon excursion into the Namib Naukluft Park, filled with beautiful scenery and unique landscapes. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch with your guide at one of the many points overlooking the ocean. You’ll return back to Walvis Bay between 16h00 and 17h00.

DAY 3 - Swakopmund

In the morning you will head out for a fascinating Living Desert Tour, expect to see the famous dancing lizards and of course the sidewinder snakes who call this desert their home. Enjoy a thrilling quad-biking adventure in the late afternoon and end the day off with sundowners at a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

DAY 4 - Return to Windhoek

Today you will return to Windhoek, we suggest you leave early so you can explore the city a little before returning your vehicle. All vehicles need to be returned no later than 16:00. Our friendly shuttle driver will be waiting there to return you to the airport and thus ends your 4 day Namibian adventure.

Travel Requirements for Adults with Children Under 18

Adults travelling with children under 18 must provide the child’s original Birth Certificate and a consent form if only one parent is accompanying the child. Failure to present these documents may result in denied entry.

If your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you’re visiting, you will need to apply for a visa before your departure. Additionally, some countries may require an invitation letter for the Namibian Embassy to process a tourist visa.
