DAY 1 - Arrival in Windhoek

Upon your arrival in Windhoek, you'll be warmly welcomed by your female tour guide, who will accompany you to your accommodation at the Thule Hotel. Take some time to check in, freshen up, and unwind after your long flight. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided Windhoek City and Township tour, where you’ll immerse yourself in the local culture, history, and vibrant atmosphere of Namibia’s capital. After a day of exploration, relax and enjoy a sundowner, followed by a delicious dinner at Thule Hotel, all while taking in a stunning view over the city. It’s the perfect introduction to your Namibian adventure.

DAY 2 & 3 - Okonjima Nature Reserve

Today, you’ll head north to the scenic Waterberg region, where you’ll spend two nights at Okonjima Plains Camp. Nestled in this stunning area, the camp offers a peaceful and luxurious stay with panoramic views of the plains and surrounding hills.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy a guided Leopard Tracking excursion, where you’ll track these elusive creatures using both traditional methods and modern technology. Learn about leopards’ behaviour, their role in the ecosystem, and the conservation efforts at Okonjima. After a thrilling day, relax in the camp's serene atmosphere and indulge in a delicious dinner, surrounded by the stunning Waterberg landscape.

DAY 4 & 5 - Etosha National Park

Today, the road takes us to Etosha, where you’ll spend your days game viewing from watering hole to watering hole. This offers fantastic photo opportunities as you observe a variety of wildlife, from herds of elephants to graceful antelopes and the occasional predator. Etosha’s vast salt pans and dense wildlife make it a photographer’s paradise, providing endless chances to capture Africa’s natural beauty. Whether you’re watching animals drink or witnessing a rare sighting, each moment is sure to leave a lasting impression.

DAY 6 & 7 - Damaraland

From Etosha, you’ll journey to Damaraland, where you'll stay for two nights at an upmarket lodge. On day 2 of your Damaraland stay, experience a guided desert elephant tracking excursion, a unique opportunity to track these incredible, desert-adapted elephants through Damaraland’s rugged and breathtaking landscape. The experience offers a rare insight into the elephants' behaviour, survival strategies, and the conservation efforts that protect them. After an exciting day, enjoy the tranquillity of the lodge and a peaceful evening under the African skies.

DAY 8 to 11 - Swakopmund

After leaving Damaraland, we head towards the coastal town of Swakopmund, where you’ll spend three nights soaking in the unique blend of adventure and relaxation. On the second day, you'll embark on a Living Desert Tour, a thrilling excursion that uncovers the secrets of the desert’s fascinating ecosystem. Led by an experienced guide, you'll discover the hardy desert-adapted plants and animals, learning how life thrives in one of the harshest environments on Earth. The tour also gives you the chance to see some of the quirky creatures that call the desert home, including chameleons, snakes, and various species of insects.
The following morning, indulge in a relaxing Catamaran Cruise along the Atlantic coast. While cruising the tranquil waters, you’ll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and freshly shucked oysters, taking in the stunning views of the desert meeting the sea. The cruise is a perfect mix of luxury, adventure, and coastal charm, providing an unforgettable experience on the water.

DAY 12 to 14 - Sossusvlei

After departing Swakopmund, you'll journey to a luxurious lodge nestled in the heart of the Sossusvlei region, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and exploration. Embark on a scenic drive to the iconic Sossusvlei dunes, capturing stunning photos as the morning light illuminates the towering dunes. A guided tour will reveal the fascinating geology and ecology of this incredible natural wonder. Back at the lodge, enjoy a delicious brunch surrounded by tranquil desert scenery before indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments, such as soothing massages or refreshing facials. Your days here will harmoniously blend wellness, relaxation, and unforgettable desert experiences, ensuring you leave feeling revitalised and refreshed.

DAY 15 - Return to Windhoek

On the final day of your adventure, we make our way back to Windhoek early in the morning. Upon arrival, your guide will take you to one of the local craft markets, where you’ll have the chance to pick up some beautiful souvenirs to remember your time in Namibia. Afterward, enjoy a late lunch with the group at Fresh ’n Wild at Utopia, known for its delicious fresh meals and relaxed atmosphere. After lunch, your guide will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable Namibian experience.

In Namibia, the official currency is the Namibian Dollar (NAD), which is pegged to the South African Rand (ZAR), and the Rand is also widely accepted.

In Botswana, the local currency is the Botswana Pula (BWP), though South African Rand may be accepted in some places.

In Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), the Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL) is used, but US Dollars, South African Rand, and other currencies are commonly accepted, especially in tourist areas.

In South Africa, the official currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). It is widely accepted across the country and can also be used in Namibia, where the Namibian Dollar (NAD) is pegged to it.

Travel Requirements for Adults with Children Under 18

Adults travelling with children under 18 must provide the child’s original Birth Certificate and a consent form if only one parent is accompanying the child. Failure to present these documents may result in denied entry.

Visa

If your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you’re visiting, you will need to apply for a visa before your departure. Additionally, some countries may require an invitation letter for the Namibian Embassy to process a tourist visa.
